We are subletting 1 room in our flat over summer in Wiedikon.

Move would be 1st of July and move-out end of September.

The room is fully furnished (see photos) incl. bed. There are two bathrooms and a shared washing machine / tumbler in the flat.

The rest of the flat is furnished, with a shared living rooms + open kitchen with a dishwasher. The flat has a lot of natural light, while staying cool in the summer even in hot periods. You can enjoy the view over Uetliberg from the balcony.

You'll reach trams 2, 3, 9, 14 within 5-10 min walking and the bus stop outside the house takes you directly to Bhf Wiedikon. There is a supermarket in the ground floor of the building. The flat is located in a quiet area and you have restaurants and bars in walking distance.
