Bright and spacious room (19 m2) and partly-furnished in a 4.5 room apartment. Lots of sunlight with windows overlooking quiet courtyard. The apartment is 3 minutes aways from Bahnhof Oerlikon. Lidl, Aldi, Coop, Migros all within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment has a lovely living room with balcony, a washing machine + drier, bathroom with separate toilet.

The room will become available because I (Alex) will be moving. The room will therefore be rented for an indefinite period.
We are looking for someone who will take over

the co-tenancy from 1 November. The preferred scenario is that you would sublet for one month from 1 October and then replace me as co-tenant.

, (31, PhD, biologist) and Kuba (28, Chef). The WG is very relaxed and flexible, we like to cook together from time to time, play board games and sometimes hang out, but you can also enjoy your downtime on the balcony, living room or your own room.

I have a pallet bed, an IKEA Kallax wardrobe, and a wall-mounted clothes rack which I will give away for free. Therefore, preference
will be given to people who would take this on
