A furnished room in a shared flat to sublet for 4 months starting 1st August to 30th November. We can also do 4.5 months, from mid July to 30th November.

You will share the apartment with two other tenants. The flat has a living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Wifi, serafe, electricity costs are included. Pictures of the room/flat are old but the room is basic furnished with some cabinets for clothes, table, chair, single bed.

The place is close to coop (1 min), tram 9 (2 mins), tram 7 (6 mins) and Stettbach station. ETH main campus is 20 mins away.

Please write a small description of who you are and why you want the room, and remember this is room is not for unlimited period.

Important note:
\- No smokers please
\- Cleanliness is a must. You need to follow the rules of the housing agency, and ensure no one including your neighbors are troubled by you. Weekly schedule of cleaning must be followed by all tenants of the flat.
