I’m a PhD student (male, 25 y.o.) at ETH and I’m looking for a new flatmate (preferably between 20 and 35 years old, student or young professional) for a room that will soon be available in my apartment.

Apartment details:

The flat consists of:

* A fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher
* A bathroom with my own washing machine
* Two bedrooms (one is mine, one is available for rent)
* A small living room

The room for rent is unfurnished, but part of the current furniture can be purchased if you’re interested.

Location:

The apartment is very well connected — there are two tram stops just a few minutes’ walk away.
You’ll find plenty of nearby amenities: a Coop supermarket right downstairs, a pharmacy, and a Lidl only a few minutes away.
The Stettbach train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or just 2 tram stops.
