Ich suche eine Frau als Wochenaufenthalterin / Wochenpendlerin für ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung in Luzern.

📅 Verfügbar ab Ende Oktober / Anfang November

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist super zentral:

• 🚶‍♀️ ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss zum Bahnhof (10 Min., wenn du schnell läufst :D)
• 🌊 ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss zum See
• 🛒 2 Min. zu Fuss zum Denner
• 🚌 1 Min. zu Fuss zur Bushaltestelle Werkhofstrasse
• 🚗 Parkplatz vorhanden, besonders praktisch, wenn du unter der Woche mit dem Auto kommst

Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon beim Wohnzimmer und eine schöne, lange Terrasse bei der Küche. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön und bekommt vor allem am Abend viel Sonne. Auch die Wohnung selbst bekommt morgens und abends schönes Sonnenlicht ☀️

Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert vermietet. Falls du möchtest, kann ich aber einen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer lassen.

Die Wohnung ist aktuell noch ein bisschen work in progress. Ich richte sie nach und nach ein und dekoriere sie mit der Zeit immer weiter. Dein Zimmer wird vor deinem Einzug natürlich komplett weiss gestrichen 😊

Über mich

Ich bin Melisa, 26, und arbeite Vollzeit im Marketing. Nebenbei habe ich noch ein kleines Side Business, daher bin ich ziemlich beschäftigt mit Arbeit.

In meiner Freizeit verbringe ich gerne Zeit am See mit meinem Freund, schaue Filme oder mache es mir einfach zuhause gemütlich.

Da ich idealerweise eine Wochenaufenthalterin suche, stelle ich mir das Zusammenleben entspannt und unkompliziert vor. Du hast deinen eigenen Raum und unter der Woche natürlich deine Ruhe.

Room in a WG in Lucerne | Female weekly commuter wanted

I’m looking for a woman who is a weekly commuter / Wochenaufenthalterin for a room in our apartment in Lucerne.

📅 Available from the end of October / beginning of November

The apartment is right in the city centre, with everything very close:

• 🚶‍♀️ 15 min walk to Lucerne train station, 10 min if you walk fast :D
• 🌊 10 min walk to the lake
• 🛒 2 min walk to Denner
• 🚌 1 min walk to the Werkhofstrasse bus stop
• 🚗 Parking available, especially convenient if you need it during the week

The apartment has one balcony connected to the living room and a beautiful terrace connected to the kitchen. The terrace is quite spacious and gets lovely sun, especially in the evening. The apartment gets sun in the morning and evening ☀️

The room will be unfurnished, but if you want, I can leave a wardrobe in the room.

The apartment is still a bit of a work in progress. I’m furnishing and decorating it gradually, so it will become more and more cozy over time. The wall in your room will also be painted completely white before you move in, so no worries 😊

A little about me

I’m Melisa, 26, and I work full-time in marketing. I also have a small side business, so I’m quite busy with work. In my free time, I like spending time at the lake with my boyfriend, watching movies or simply having a relaxed evening at home.

Since I’m ideally looking for a weekly commuter, I imagine the WG being quite relaxed and uncomplicated. You’ll have your own space and can come and go as you like.
