The room is available short-term from April 2026 for 2 to 3 months (until May or June), or for a longer period.

You will be moving into a private room in a bright, beautifully maintained 3.5-room apartment that features views of the Alps from the living room. The room can come furnished (at cost) or unfurnished.

Our home in Wipkingen is perfect for a professional seeking a clean, organized, and quiet sanctuary. Käferberg and Hönggerberg are very close by—ideal for a run or a walk to refresh at any time of day. We have Coop, Migros, and Denner right by Wipkingen station, as well as several new cafés and restaurants that give the neighborhood a very cozy atmosphere. In the summer, it’s only a 10-minute walk down to the Limmat for a swim.

Commuting:
Bus: The closest stop is Lehenstrasse (Bus 46), which connects directly to Zürich HB.
Train: There is a direct train from Wipkingen to Zürich Airport (10-minute journey).
