My current housemate (the main tenant) is moving out. I am looking for a co-tenant to take over together the flat with me. There are two rooms available, I am open for both a person taking 1 room (850 CHF, which means we will have a shared living room) or 2 rooms (1050 CHF). I am currently in the third room, indicated in the plan as Wohnen. See the attached plan; configuration (1 or 2 rooms) to be discussed during visits.

I am 34 years old, from Ticino, speaking Italian, French, English, a bit of hochdeutsch but not my best skill. I am currently finishing a PhD at the University of Bern and am a researcher and filmmaker. I have a lot of experiences in houseshares, now I would like to find someone with which I could have a good vibe and just calm times, with some shared interests (culture, arts, cinema, outdoors, food) but also valuing our own personal time.
