I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 3.5-room apartment in *Altstetten, Zürich (Grünaustrasse)*, starting *August 10th*.

The apartment is *70 m²*, unfurnished, and consists of a *living room*, *kitchen*, *bathroom*, and two bedrooms. I'm subletting one *approx. 14 m² room* for *CHF 950/month*, which includes *heating*. Electricity and the *TV/radio tax (Serafe)* are split equally between us.

The apartment also comes with a *large basement storage room*, shared between the two of us.

Please note: the furniture in the pictures belongs to the current tenant and will be removed before move-in.
The sublet is *limited to 6 months*.
