Room available in Zurich old town – from early October


Bright, spacious room available in a two-bedroom flat right in the heart of Zurich’s old town. The location couldn’t be better — right next to Rennweg tram stop, and only a short walk to Paradeplatz, HB, and the lake.

The apartment is on the third floor and has:


* Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher
* Shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the building
* Open-plan living/kitchen area
* Hallway with plenty of storage
* Bathroom plus separate toilet

You’ll be sharing with me, Tom (32, originally from Ireland). I work here in Zurich, and I like to keep active — gym, cycling, and making the most of the city. I’m generally busy during the week, but I also enjoy a relaxed and social home environment.

Ideally, you’re between 27–35 (male or female), easy-going, tidy, and up for the occasional coffee or beer, while also appreciating your own space.
