Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer vom 01.01.2025 - 31.01.2025.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses und ist schön gross mit Blick in die Natur.
Das Haus befindet sich an bester Lage in Wallisellen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt welche über super Anbindungen nach Zürich oder Winterthur verfügt.

Wir teilen uns das Haus zu 5 und deine temporären Mitbewohner sind alle zwischen 23 - 29 Jahre alt, teils Berufstätig und teils im Studium (ohne mich sind es drei Männer und eine Frau).
Die Atmosphäre innerhalb der WG ist sehr angenehm und ungezwungen.

Ebenfalls wichtiges Mitglied ist unsere Katze Charlotte welche sehr zutraulich ist.

Ich werde für dich die Schubladen der Schwarzen Kommode ausräumen, damit du Platz für deine Kleider hast. Ebenfalls kriegst du für deinen Aufenthalt eine Brandneue Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt :)

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Klavier, Gartensitzplatz und großem Garten inkl. Pingpong Tisch, Waschküche und Trockenraum, alles zur Mitbenutzung.

I am renting out my shared room from 01.01.2025 - 31.01.2025.

The room is on the first floor of a detached house and is nice and spacious with a view of the beautiful nature.

The house is in a prime location in Wallisellen, just a 5-minute walk from the railway station, which has excellent connections to Zurich and Winterthur.

There are 5 of us sharing the house and your temporary flatmates are all between 23 and 29 years old, some working and some studying (excluding me, there are three men and one woman).

The atmosphere in the flat share is very pleasant and informal.

Another important member is our cat Charlotte, who is very trusting.

I will clear out the drawers of the black chest of drawers for you so that you have space for your clothes. You will also be provided with a brand new duvet for your stay :)

The house is fully equipped with kitchen, living room, piano, patio and large garden incl. ping pong table, laundry room and drying room, all for shared use.
