Sunny 3.5 room flat, small 10M2 bedroom with west-facing window for afternoon sun is available November 1st for a non-smoker. The room is partly furnished (desk and closet) if you like, or not. The flat is on a raised ground floor (bedroom windows are too high for people to see inside). I prefer a woman, as my 10-year-old girl visits me every week and this will make her more comfortable. I am originally from California but have lived here 30 years and speak German and Mundart. I studied philosophy, work from home in climate science and renewable energy financing, am very sporty, running and mountainbiking on the Uetliberg every week, bouldering, etc. I am looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and responsible above all. I will also accept short-term living arrangements if necessary. Absolutely no smokers will be considered. There are no pictures of the room because my son keeps it very messy!
