Ich verlasse unsere Gross-WG im Hunziker-Areal in Oerlikon und biete mein Zimmer noch für zwei Wochen vom 15. bis 30. Juli z.B. als Überbrückung oder Start in Zürich für dich an.

Wenn du schon immer mal eine Gross-WG erleben wolltest, dann hast du hier eine gute Gelegenheit. 

Wir sind im Alter von 20 bis 40, gut strukturiert und eine saubere WG, wenn jeder seine zugeteilte wöchentliche Aufgabe erledigt, was recht gut funktioniert.

Das Zimmer ist 14 m2 gross, im 5. Stock, mit Einzelbett, Pult, Kommode und Regal/Schrank ausgestattet. Die Bilder vom Zimmer bilden nicht das konkrete Zimmer ab, da es mit helleren Möbeln eingerichtet sein wird, aber gibt eine Vorstellung wie es gebaut ist und wie gross es ist.

Die zweistöckige Wohnung ist moderner Bau, hat insgesamt 10 WG-Zimmer, 4 Badezimmer (2 pro Etage), und zwei grosse Allgemeinräume: eine Küche mit grooossem Tisch und eine geräumige Stube im oberen Stock.

Gleichzeitig darfst du eine Waschküche im EG (24h Zugang) und eine Dachterrasse im Gebäude mitbenutzen. Für ein Auto gibt es leider keinen Parkplatz, nur temporäre Besucherparkplätze verfügbar.

Der Preis sind CHF 400, ohne weitere Kosten. Eine Kaution von CHF 200 wird noch fällig, die du am Ende, wenn alles unbeschädigt geblieben ist, wieder zurück bekommst.

Hi everyone

I am leaving our large shared flat in the Hunziker-Areal in Oerlikon and am offering my room for two weeks from July 15 to 30, e.g. as a bridging period or as a start in Zurich for you.

If you have always wanted to experience a large shared flat, then this is a good opportunity for you. 

We are aged between 20 and 40, well structured and a clean flat share if everyone does their assigned weekly task, which works quite well.

The room is 14 m2, on the 5th floor, furnished with a single bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelves/wardrobe. The pictures of the room do not show the actual room as it will be furnished with lighter furniture, but gives an idea of what it looks like and how big it is. 

The two-story apartment is of modern construction, has a total of 10 shared rooms, 4 bathrooms (2 per floor), and two large common areas: a kitchen with a large table and a spacious living room on the upper floor.

You can also use a laundry room on the ground floor (24-hour access) and a roof terrace in the building. Unfortunately there is no parking space for a car, only temporary visitor parking available.

The price is CHF 400, without further costs. A deposit of CHF 200 is still due, which you will get back at the end if everything has remained undamaged.
