We’re looking for a new long term flatmate to join our 3-person WG in a quiet and green area of Oerlikon (Gagliardiweg 5, 8050 Zürich).

The room is 12m², bright, with one window overlooking the garden.
Comes with the option to buy a sofa, two nightstands, and a small white IKEA wardrobe.

You will be sharing kitchen, bathroom, and a cozy little dining area with us (Giovanni and Riccardo).
The washing machine is shared with other flats, and it can be used without reserving or anything.

Apartment is on the ground floor, 2 minutes walk from either tram station (Salersteig - 10/14) or bus station (Dorflinde - 75). To the Oerlikon train station its less than 10 minutes on foot.
ETH/UZH main buildings and ETH Honggerberg are 15 minutes away, while Irchel is less than 10.

Rent: CHF 700/month, including Wi-Fi and all utilities except electricity (about CHF 8/month per person).
Available from November 10th.

About us:
We’re Riccardo (Mathematics MSc) from Milan and Giovanni (Mechanical Engineering BSc) from Rome — both students at ETH, originally from Italy. We speak Italian together but also English and German.
The WG vibe is quiet and private, not a party flat, though we enjoy hosting dinners with friends occasionally. We each have our own schedule, but we’re friendly and happy to chat in the kitchen.
We’re looking for:
A tidy and responsible person, preferably a student or young professional, around our age or slightly older, who appreciates a calm but friendly home environment.
