I am subletting 2 rooms (10 and 10.5 m2) in a shared flat in Oerlikon. All costs included.

\- Rental period - initially 2 months, potentially longer (on agreement).
\- There is a possibility of taking the room unfurnished or keeping a bed, desk or a bookshelf.
\- Large furnished living room with big windows
\- Dining room with a large window, also furnished
\- Fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge and a new dishwasher + fancy coffee station.
\- Shared bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks.
\- Shared washing machine in the basement without a schedule that few people are using.

I live an active life, have my own business, enjoy music, philosophy and food.
