Wir vermiten ab 1. Mai 2026 ein ruhiges, schönes Zimmer im EG eines EFH, gerne an Studierende (Nàhe ZHAW Winterthur). Mitbenützung von Bad/WC, ACHTUNG: Küche nur eingeschränkt benutzbar (nach Absprache, zum Beispiel um etwas aufzuwärmen). Im Zimmer hat es einen Wasserkocher. Ingegriffen ist WLAN, Waschmaschinenenützung, Gartensitzplatz. In der Nähe: Wald, Schwimmbad, Busstation, Einkaufzentrum.
Wir sind ein freundliches, hilfsbereites Paar MItte 50, schätzen etwas Kontakt aber auch Privatsphäre; kein gemeinsames WG-Leben möglich.

We are renting out a quiet, lovely room on the ground floor of a detached house from May 1st, 2026, ideally to students (near ZHAW Winterthur). Shared use of bathroom/toilet is included. PLEASE NOTE: Kitchen access is limited (by arrangement, for example, to heat something up). The room has a kettle. Included are Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine, and a garden patio. Nearby: forest, swimming pool, bus stop, and shopping center.
We are a friendly, helpful couple in our mid-50s who appreciate some social interaction but also value their privacy; shared living arrangements are not possible.
