Bright Room in Well-Connected 3-Room Apartment (from February 12th onwards)

The room is approximately 15 m² (see photos) and part of a 3-room apartment. It is unfurnished (the furniture shown in the photos is not included). The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a dining area. There is a laundry room in the basement shared with the building’s residents, as well as ample storage space in the shared attic.

Right behind the apartment is a forest, perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling. The location is very well connected: a tram stop is just below the building, and a bus stop is across the street. Oerlikon, the city center, and essential shops are all easily reachable within a short public transport ride.


About Us

We are two guys (24 / 27 years old), studying at EPFL and HSG. We’re easygoing, respectful, and enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home.


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a new flatmate from February 12th onwards. The rental contract is fixed-term until the end of January 2027. The room is cozy and part of a charming older house.
