Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner modernen 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung von Mitte Oktober bis Anfang April 2025 nach Vereinbarung. Ich werde in dieser Zeitraum hauptsächlich weg sein; du hast dann die Wohnung quasi für dich alleine!

Du hast die Wahl zwischen 2 Schlafzimmern, eines mit grossem Kleiderschrank und eigenem Bad oder ein weiteres mit Schreibtisch und Monitor für Homeoffice-Mitarbeiter. Beide Zimmer sind möbliert, aber wenn du eigene Möbel hast, könnte wir Platz schaffen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine, einen großen Esstisch für 6 Personen, einen Loggia-Balkon mit 2 bequemen Sesseln und einem kleinen Esstisch sowie einen Wohnbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem 65-Zoll-Fernseher.

Init7-Glasfaser-Internet und TV7 sind ebenso inbegriffen wie Fußbodenheizung und ein Minergie-Wärmetauschersystem, um die Wohnung im Winter warm und komfortabel zu halten. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Sonos-Soundsysteme sowie Hue Beleuchtung in der gesamten Wohnung.

Einige einfache Regeln: keine Haustiere, kein Rauchen in der Wohnung (auf dem Balkon ist in Ordnung), stören Sie die Nachbarn nicht und passen Sie bitte auf meine Sachen auf.

I'm renting a room in my modern 3.5 room apartment from mid-October though early April 2025 by agreement. I'll be away for most of this time, so you'll essentially have the apartment to yourself!

There are 2 bedrooms to chose from, one with a large closet and ensuite bathroom, or another with a desk and monitor for home office workers. Both rooms are furnished, but if you have your own furniture I could probably move some things to the basement to make room.

The apartment has a washer and tumbler in the unit, a fully-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, a large 6-person dining table, a loggia balcony with 2 comfortable armchairs and a small dining table, and a living area with lots of seating and a 65" TV.

Init7 fiber internet and TV are included as well as underfloor heating and a Minergie heat exchange system to keep the apartment toasty and comfortable in the winter. There's Sonos sound systems in every room as well as smart lighting throughout the apartment.

Some simple rules: no pets, no smoking in the apartment (on the balcony is fine), don't upset the neighbours, and please take care of my things.
