I’m looking for someone to rent a large bedroom in a 3.5-room flat, very centrally located in Wiedikon, right next to the train station. The room is approx. 14 m², gets a lot of light and has a beautiful view of the Uetliberg.

• The room comes with a bed; the rest is unfurnished (photos show setup from previous roommate)

• 2 minutes from Bahnhof Wiedikon
• Easy access to Tram 9, 14, 2, and 3

A bit about me:
I’m Alessandro, 28years-old,Swiss-Italian, studied Robotics, and am now working on building a start-up. I work and travel quite a bit. In my free time, I enjoy jogging—usually in the mornings—as well as cycling, spending time with my friends and family, and being outdoors.

What’s important to me in a flat-share is a clean and respectful environment, with open and honest communication. I appreciate having my own space but also enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal.

Flat-share process:
If you’re interested, please send a short introduction about yourself—what you do, your hobbies, and what you look for (and maybe don’t love) in a flat-share. After that, I’d propose a short video call, followed by an in-person visit. Viewings can be arranged in the week of June 16–20, and the earliest possible move-in date would be around June 20.
