Wir suchen noch ein drittes Mitglied für unsere 3er-WG im neugebauten
ALTO Tower
– Erstbezug!

Die aktuellen Bilder sind Beispielbilder von der Besichtigung, da unser Apartment sehr ähnlich aussieht. Fotos der tatsächlichen Wohnung und des WG-Zimmers folgen kommende Woche. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 117 Quadratmeter gross.
Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über
zwei Badezimmer
– eines mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne. Im Duschbad befinden sich auch Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Herzstück der Wohnung ist die schöne Küche mit grosszügigem Essbereich und angrenzendem Wohnzimmer – perfekt, um gemeinsam zu kochen oder den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Vierjahreszeitenzimmer, dessen Fenster sich komplett nach aussen öffnen lassen und der Wohnung noch mehr Charme verleihen.
Direkt neben dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Lidl (mega praktisch!), ausserdem gibt es eine Bike- und Autogarage.
Wichtig: die Wohnung ist noch unmöbliert!


Das Zimmer

Das freie unmöblierte WG-Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter gross und grenzt direkt an den Wohn- und Essbereich. Es hat sogar einen zusätzlichen Zugang zum Wohnzimmer über eine zweite Tür. Ob diese offen bleibt oder geschlossen wird, kann unser neuer Homie natürlich selbst entscheiden.
Das Zimmer ist vorübergehend bis ca. Mitte/Ende August verfügbar – wir sind hier aber flexibel und offen für Anpassungen oder ggf. eine Verlängerung.


Du würdest wohnen mit:


Carina (30+)
– gerade frisch in die Schweiz gezogen. Neben der Arbeit gerne beim Sport, liebt Musik und ein gutes Glas Wein.

Frankie (50+)
– bestes Beispiel dafür, dass Alter nur eine Zahl ist. Cooler Typ, ebenfalls sportlich unterwegs und immer offen für einen guten Austausch.


Unsere WG

Egal ob du täglich da bist oder nur ein paar Mal im Monat – wir freuen uns auf jemanden, der ein
entspanntes Miteinander
schätzt, bei dem aber natürlich auch jeder seinen Freiraum hat.

Ob
Deutsch oder Englisch
spielt keine Rolle – wir sind beide viel gereist und offen für Menschen aus allen Kulturen.

Room in a 3-person flat share in the newly built ALTO Tower – first occupancy


We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our 3-person flat share in the newly built
ALTO Tower
– first occupancy!
The current pictures are example photos from the viewing, as our apartment looks very similar. Photos of the actual flat and the available room will follow next week. The apartment has a total size of 117 m².
The apartment is very bright and features
two bathrooms
– one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The shower bathroom also includes a washing machine and dryer.
The heart of the flat is the beautiful kitchen with a spacious dining area and adjoining living room – perfect for cooking together or relaxing in the evening.
A special highlight is the four-season room, whose windows can be fully opened to the outside, adding even more charm to the apartment.
The building is located right next to a Lidl (super convenient!), and there is also bike and car parking in the building garage.
Important: the apartment is currently unfurnished.


The room

The available unfurnished room is 13 m² and is located right next to the living and dining area. It even has an additional door connecting directly to the living room. Whether this door stays open or closed is completely up to our new homie.
The room is available temporarily until around mid/end of August, but we are flexible and open to adjustments or possibly extending the stay.


You would be living with:


Carina (30+)
– recently moved to Switzerland. Outside of work she enjoys sports, music, and a good glass of wine.

Frankie (50+)
– proof that age is just a number. A cool guy who also enjoys staying active and socialising.


Our flat share

Whether you’re around every day or just a few times a month, we’re looking for someone who appreciates a
friendly and relaxed living atmosphere
, while of course everyone still has their own space.
