Im Kreis 7 wird ein WG-Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer bieten viel Platz. Dein Zimmer hat einen grossen Einbauschrank und das Bett wäre ich bereit zu verkaufen.

Neben der bereits voll ausgestatteten Küche teilst du dir das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer. Die WG hat einen grossen Balkon Richtung Forchstrasse und einen kleinen Richtung Innenhof. An geteilter WG-Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts ausser einer Kaffeemaschine. Mit dem Tram um die Ecke hast du einen sehr guten ÖV-Anschluss, so dass du in 5 Minuten am Stadelhofen und in 14 Minuten am Zürich HB bist. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eine Migros in Gehdistanz (8 Minuten). Die Nebenkosten werden geteilt und das Internet-Abo ist im Mietpreis von 1680 inklusive.

Mit wem lebst du zusammen
Du teilst die WG zusammen mit Marcela. Sie ist in Zürich aufgewachsen und kennt die Stadt bestens. Sie ist berufstätig und eine aufgeschlossene, offene Mitbewohnerin. Hast du keine Lust am gemeinsamen WG-Leben teilzunehmen, wird auch die Privatsphäre respektiert. Sie schätzt eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und ist auch offen für deine Ideen/Inspiration.

A room in a shared apartment will be available in Kreis 7. The apartment and your room offer plenty of space. Your room has a large built-in wardrobe, and I'm willing to sell the bed.

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you'll share the dining room and living room. The apartment has a large balcony facing Forchstrasse and a smaller one facing the courtyard. The shared apartment is fully furnished, except for a coffee machine. With the tram just around the corner, you have excellent public transport connections, so you can reach Stadelhofen in 5 minutes and Zurich HB in 14 minutes. For shopping, there's a Migros within walking distance (8 minutes). The additional costs are shared, and the internet subscription is included in the rent of 1680 CHF.

Who you'll be living with

You'll be sharing the apartment with Marcela. She grew up in Zurich and knows the city very well. She is working and is an open-minded, friendly roommate. If you're not interested in participating in the shared apartment life, your privacy will be respected. She appreciates a stylishly furnished apartment and is open to your ideas and inspiration.
