I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room in Kreis 8. Its a spacious unfurnished room with built-in wardrobe. The flat itself is in a great location, very well connected to the city, tram stop is 2 mins from the house and it takes 10 minutes to Stadelhofen. There is beautiful forest 10 mins walk from the apartment and its also walkable distance down to the lake. The living room and kitchen leads to spacious balcony with view on the lake and the city. Apartment is on top floor (3rd) and has its own washer. Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and living area are all on open plan. The room is available from December / January onwards and I am looking for a young open-minded female or male professional who would enjoy to share my quiet apartment.
