From May 1st until end of August I’m renting out my bright and spacious room in the Forchstrasse! (Women only)

🏡About the apartment:
Cozy and welcoming fully furnished apartment.
The room is bright and quite big (17square meters). Unfortunately I’ll have to take the furniture with me as I’m moving to a different flat, but I can leave a small buildup closet and an IKEA kallax shelf, plus there’s a table in the attic.
There’s also some extra storage space in the attic. In the basement there’s a washing machine and a dryer plus a big ventilator to dry your clothes. These facilities are shared with the other apartments in the building (4 in total) and are free of charge.

💰Price
The monthly rent is 850 chf + 20 for the internet. Every three months we receive the electricity bill, which is around 21 chf per person.

📍Location
Great location!
Migros and Denner are just 2 minutes away, as well as the tram stop Burgwies. The tram takes you directly to Stadelhofen in only 7 minutes and at Bellevue in only 8 minutes.
HB is reachable in about 15 minutes.

👯‍♀️The roommates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with Marie (from Germany) and Sargam (from India).
They are both super cute girls of 24 yo. They both work, they like to spend time with friends, doing some yoga and Pilates, spontaneously chitchat while making dinner but respect each other’s privacy.
