mid-July (exact date can be discussed), until 30th of Sep.


Fully furnitured and the person who will take over the room will also get all the
furnitures for free.


The flat has three bedrooms, one big living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The flat is on the first floor of a building and is a renovation contract as the house will be torned down later in 2025. This is the reason why all flats needs to be emptied by the 30th of Sep, 2025.

The location is amazing, 3 min to Migros and Coop and 5 min from Kusnacht trainstation.
