We are looking for a new flatmate for a room (unfurnished) in our beautiful WG *available from October 1*. The room is bright, quiet and spacious.

The flat is situated in lovely Höngg, in a quiet street, with direct access to the city centre via tram 13 and bus 46. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is a 10min walk up, while Werdinsel (at the river) is a 10min walk down. Coop, Migros and Denner are a 5min walk away. Our rooftop terrasse, overlooking Zürich and the Alps in the distance, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day, enjoy the garden and occasionally make some oven-fresh pizza with the rest of us! The living room and kitchen/dining room are connected and make a great hangout space. Among other things, we also have our own washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, a record player, a parking space in the garage and a storage unit in the basement
which of course are for everyone to share.

*A bit about us:* Gianna (30F, Canadian-Filipino) is in the last year of her PhD in climate policy and is the best cook of the house by unanimous vote, Marko (31M, German) travels regularly on weekends and is currently training for a marathon, and Stefan (27M, German), architect and film enthusiast, starting his Master's at ETH this coming semester. We take great care of the place, and are looking for someone that is happy to get involved in the WG life. Overall, we are an open, considerate and respectful flat.

Regarding the *financials*, the monthly rent is 1220 CHF and it includes all utilities (electricity, internet) as well as a cleaning person who comes every two weeks. The deposit is 950 CHF.
