Bist Du auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer in Zürich? Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe wird mein schönes, helles Zimmer ab dem 7. Juni oder nach Vereinbarung frei. Das Zimmer ist 17m2 gross und kostet 1'100.- pro Monat (inkl. NK; ohne Strom und Wifi).

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und komplett ausgestattet und hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer und einen schönen Balkon. Sie ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit freudlichen Nachbarn und gut angebunden gelegen (direkt bei der Tramstation Fellenbergstrasse). Es gibt ein grosses Kellerabteil und vor dem Haus überdachte Veloparkplätze.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit Jonas teilen. Jonas, 34 Jahre alt, ist Architekt und arbeitet an der ETH und an eigenen Projekten. Jonas hat immer viel los, aber geniesst es ab und zu zusammen ein Feierabendbier zu trinken und zu kochen und sich gemeinsam um die Pflanzen auf dem grossen Balkon zu kümmern.

Are you looking for a room in Zurich? As I am moving in with my boyfriend, my nice, bright room will be available from June 7 or by arrangement. The room is 17m2 and costs CHF 1100 per month (incl. utilities; without electricity and WIFI). The apartment is very bright and fully equipped and has a large balcony. The neighboorhood is very calm with friendly neighbours and very well connected (Tram 3, post office and pharmacy are just around the corner). There is a large cellar compartment and covered bicycle parking in front of the house.

You would share the apartment with Jonas. Jonas, 34 years old, is an architect and works at the ETH and on his own projects. Jonas always has a lot going on but enjoys cooking or a afterwork beer together and looking after the plants on the large balcony.
