The room is about 15 m², very bright, and rented unfurnished. It has a private bathroom inclusive skylight windows and direct access to a balcony that gets morning sun and, in summer, sunlight throughout the day. The room has parquet flooring and is easy to furnish. The layout works well as a bedroom or a small home office.

Location
The apartment is located near Escher‑Wyss‑Platz, right next to the Limmat, which is ideal for outdoor activities. A Coop and several gyms are just around the corner. Tram lines 4, 8, and 17 are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Who We Are
We are Magnus and Gerrit. Magnus has a Master’s in Finance and works in investment banking. He enjoys cooking and playing tennis. Gerrit recently started his own business and is very dedicated to it. He also plays tennis and goes to the gym regularly. We keep a clean, calm household without pets and value a respectful, easy‑going living environment.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a reliable, clean, and uncomplicated person who appreciates a relaxed WG atmosphere. Everyone has their own life, but it’s nice to meet in the kitchen from time to time or do something together occasionally. Respect, communication, and a generally tidy home are important to us.
