Hey there!

We (Gonçalo & Sylvie) are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat between Fischerweg (Tram 8 & 17) and Toni-Areal (Tram 4), from where you can reach Bahnhof Hardbrücke in 3min, Altstetten in 8min and Zürich HB in 10min. The nearest grocery shops (Coop, Migros, SPAR, Lidl) can be reached within 5 minutes by foot.

The Minergie flat built in 2015, has a big loggia and an even bigger living room with an open and modern kitchen (dishwasher included). Natural stone slabs are laid throughout the whole flat, which also has its own washing machine plus dryer. The room being rented out includes a separated bathroom with toilet and shower, which you will have to yourself. Several built-in cupboards directly in front of your room and our own basement compartment offer you additional storage space. Furthermore, there are some parking spots for visitors in front of the building and a locked bike room in the basement.

Your Portuguese flatmate Gonçalo (31) works as a developer and your Swiss flatmate Sylvie (29) is working for a tax consultancy. We are both easy-going and like to do different kind of free time activities (MTB, cycling, snowboarding, climbing, hiking, tennis, kitesurfing, running, having good wine & food, going to pubs, clubs, concerts or festivals, travelling, etc.)

We are looking for someone uncomplicated who is also clean and tidy since we put a high value on having a clean shared space. Sometimes we do things together such as sport activities, going out for drinks/dancing/dinner, or just chill & Netflix at home (which you can but don't have to participate in), but we enjoy having time for ourselves as well.

The room comes with the following pieces of furniture, which you can take over:

· Wardrobe
· Bed
· Drawers below the bed for storage
· Table

After a visit you can tell us which pieces of the furniture you would like to take over. If you think that you would be a suitable addition to our shared flat, we would be looking forward to hear from you!
