Das Zimmer ist
ab dem 8. April
verfügbar. Ein Einzug ist nach Absprache auch früher oder später möglich.

Zusammenleben:

Du wohnst mit zwei Mitbewohnern (m 33 und m 38) zusammen. Wir leben seit rund fünf Jahren in dieser Konstellation und schätzen unser freundschaftliches, unkompliziertes Miteinander. Ein respektvoller, entspannter Umgang ist uns wichtig – gleichzeitig hat jede:r genügend Raum für sich.


Kosten:

Die Miete beträgt
CHF 1’723 pro Monat
. Zusätzlich fallen monatlich ca. CHF 150 für Internet sowie eine zweiwöchentliche Reinigungskraft an.

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our modern and centrally located apartment at Europaallee in Zurich. The apartment offers a beautiful view over the city all the way to the Uetliberg – right in the heart of Zurich.
The room is available
from April 8
, with flexible move-in and move-out dates upon agreement.


The Apartment

The flat is perfectly designed for shared living and offers:

. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and gyms are all within approximately 5 minutes on foot.


The Flatmates

You will be sharing the apartment with two male flatmates (33 and 38). We have been living together for about five years and enjoy a friendly, easy-going atmosphere. We value a respectful and relaxed coexistence while also appreciating personal space.


Cost:

The rent is
CHF 1,723 per month

In addition, there are monthly costs of approx CHF 150 for internet and a bi-weekly cleaning service.
