* The landlord occasionally works from his office in the apartment.


The room:


* Built-in closet.
* Plenty of natural light.
* Facing the street.


Rent includes:


* Utilities and internet.
* Household essentials (toilet paper, soap, Zürich trash bags, etc.).
* Weekly cleaning service for all areas.
