Nach sechs tollen Jahren in dieser Wohnung endet für uns leider die Studienzeit – deshalb wird unsere grosszügige 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Eichenstrasse 5 in St. Gallen ab 1. Juli 2026 komplett frei.

Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine neue 4er-WG oder auch für eine Person, die Hauptmieter werden und sich eigene Mitbewohner suchen möchte.
Aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich sagen: Für diese Lage findet man sehr schnell Mitbewohner!

Ich habe hier selbst sechs Jahre gewohnt und kann ehrlich sagen: Es ist eine der besten Studentenwohnungen nahe der HSG. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Wohnung ist gross, hell und super angenehm zum Leben. Die Wohnung hat sich über viele Jahre hinweg als ideale Studenten-WG bewährt. Durch das grosse Wohnzimmer und die geräumige Küche lebt man sehr angenehm zusammen.

• Parkmöglichkeiten: Erweiterte blaue Zone in der Umgebung

🛋 Teilmöbliert
Ein grosser Vorteil: Ein grosser Teil der Möbel kann übernommen werden, sodass man die Wohnung nicht komplett neu einrichten muss. Unter anderem würden Sofa, Esstisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Garderobe und Fernsehtisch in der Wohnung bleiben. Einzelne Möbelstücke nehme ich mit (z. B. meinen Schreibtisch), aber die Grundausstattung der Wohnung bleibt vorhanden. Die Details können wir gerne individuell besprechen.

💰 Mietpreis
Die monatliche Miete für die gesamte Wohnung beträgt:
CHF 3’142 pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten Akonto)
Bei einer 4er-WG entspricht das ungefähr: ca. CHF 790 pro Zimmer

🌟 Spacious apartment next to the University of St. Gallen – available from 1 July 🌟
After six wonderful years living in this apartment, my studies are coming to an end and we will all be moving out. Therefore, our spacious 5.5-room apartment at Eichenstrasse 5 in St. Gallen will become completely available from 1 July 2026.

The apartment is perfect for a new group of four students who would like to start a WG together, but it could also be ideal for one person who would like to become the main tenant and then find three flatmates (which is pretty easy with this apartment in my experience). Having lived here for six years myself, I can honestly say that this is one of the best student apartments close to the University of St. Gallen – the location is unbeatable and the apartment is bright, spacious and very comfortable to live in. The apartment has worked extremely well as a student WG for many years. With the large living room and spacious kitchen, it is a very pleasant place to live together.

Another big advantage: many of the main furniture pieces can remain in the apartment, meaning you do not have to furnish everything from scratch. For example, the sofa, dining table, bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, coat rack and TV stand will remain in the apartment.
I will take a few individual pieces (e.g. my desk), but the main furniture setup will stay. The details can of course be discussed individually.

Monthly rent for the entire apartment:
CHF 3’142 per month (incl. utilities)
If shared between four people, this corresponds to: approx. CHF 790 per room
