We are looking for a third roommate for our modern, neat shared flat near Hardbrücke, starting
April 1st
(or upon further agreement), unlimited term :)


Who we are:

\- Swiss, male, 30y, high school teacher & screenwriter, speaks German, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
\- Greek, male, 29y, doctor, speaks German, English, Greek

We are pretty busy with our daily lives and jobs (also because of differing schedules), but still find time to enjoy a nice evening together or to do some activities from time to time. We are very communicative, openminded, enjoy to travel and to spend time with our friends. If you are a uncomplicated, self-dependend person, we'd love to hear from you :)


Location:

very quite, calm, friendly neighborhood, very little traffic
Great location: right next to Letzigrund stadium, 10min by feet to Hardbrücke train station/Hardplatz; bus station Herdernstrasse (line 31) right outside. 10min by feet for grocery shopping (Letzipark/Migros).


Your room:

Modern, cozy room in a nice apartment with a balcony; also enough storage room in the basement.


Cost:

\- 1065 CHF per month, this includes wi-fi
\- irregular costs 3-4 times a year: TV taxes, insurance, key service (one time), heating -> this amounts to approx. 400.- per year.
\- Deposit: 2000.- (will be paid back upon moving out)
