Room at WOKO Winterthur - Camp Maximus

I am looking for someone to either sublet my room for 6 months or to take it over. The room is spacious - around 20 sqm. It is equipped with a sink, a bed, a large wardrobe, a small cabinet, a large desk, a rack for clothes and all utilities including heating and internet. The room is bright and there is an elevator in the building. The room is on the second floor, the kitchen, the showers and the toilets are shared. There is also a big shared terrace. There are 4 toilets on the floor as well as 4 showers. The kitchen is big, with two ovens, a microwave and a dishwasher. As a tenant you share a refrigerator with 2 other people on the floor.
