Room Available in Shared Flat in Seefeld
Available from 1st of April, I am looking for someone to take over my shared lease in an wonderful apartment in Seefeld as I will be moving in with my girlfriend.
Our shared flat offers the perfect blend of city convenience and tranquil living. Situated just a stone's throw away from public transport, cafes, shops, lakeside and parks, the location is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant city life while having a cozy retreat to come home to.
Location
* Shops & convenience: Coop and Migros, pharmacy and post office all within 5min walk
* Public transport: 3min walk to Hoschgasse tram stop with the 6 and 4 trams as well as Bus 33. Will get you to HB main station in 15min or Stadelhofen station in 8min.
* Zurich lake 5min walk away. Also, within 15min walk to other green spaces like Zurich Botanical gardens, China Gardens and other gems like Patumbah-Park

* 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room and balcony.
* Building: quiet, friendly easy going neighbors. Communal washing machine without schedule (never had any issues with availability).

Your Flatmate
You will be sharing with Kevin (early 30s male), English – French - German speaking, easy going pharmacist and travels the world in his spare time.
Who We Are Looking For
Looking for a flatmate (ideally male, but flexible) who is considerate, easygoing, enjoys a relaxed calm and tidy home. Should be a full-time working professional, international applicants welcomed, non-smoker and no pets.

Note
