The room is 9m2 and the furniture has to be bought for a total of 200.00 (except for the TV and the TV stand).
The room is in a townhouse, and you'll be sharing it with two other very nice roommates.

Ideal for a student or young worker, we're looking for someone willing to stay for the long term.

A 2-month security deposit (excluding utilities) is required on signing the contract.

The house is very quiet, as is the street, and you're just a stone's throw from the bus stops for tramway 13 and 2.

Visits possible from 6pm on weekdays or during the day at weekends.
