I am renting my room temporarily for a period of 2 months, from end of November/beginning of December 2024 until beginning of February 2025 (dates are flexible).
The room is very spacious, 18m2 and quiet.
You will be sharing the apartment with Pascal, 28-years-old, German, professional, very nice and easy going.
The apartment:

* Renovated apartment in a top location. 12min walk to central station (Zürich HB), 5min by bus. Proximity to buses and trams
* Two rooms, shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony
* The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances. Washer & dryer for common use in the basement
* The bedroom is furnished
* Storage unit in the basement
* 3th floor (no elevator)
* CHF 1'300 per month + CHF 50 bills
