My name is Alessio and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly 4-room shared apartment for the last 4 months of our lease. You’ll be living with two students from University of Zurich in a flat speaking French and English.

📍 Location: The apartment is in Opfikon. It’s just a few minutes from tram lines 10 and 12, bus 768 and close to a railway station. You can also quickly reach Zurich Airport.

📅 Rental period: April 6th – July 31st (4 full months)
💰 Rent: CHF 500/month (CHF 2000 total for the period)

The room is fully furnished with new furniture (only 6 months old, mostly IKEA) including:
• Bed with mattress
• Desk and chair
• Nightstand
• Mirror
• Wardrobe with storage

The furniture will need to be taken over for CHF 900.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and non-smoking person who will enjoy a friendly flatshare atmosphere.
