8055 Zürich. We are looking for young professional.
Your new roommates: You will be living with Marcel (33) working in finance and Victoria
(28) working in IT. Marcel speaks English and German and Victoria speaks English and French. (Personally, I am so sad to leave them behind, but I am moving with my boyfriend.)
Apartment: The whole apartment is brand new and has 132m2. It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, two bathrooms, a balcony and is already fully furnished.
Your room: The free room is spacious (15 m2), bright.
Location: The flat is very well located:
Hauptbahnhof (15min), Paradeplatz (10min)
and Bahnhof Wiedikon (5min).
Price: CHF 1'290 all charges included.
Electricity, internet, cleaning services and radio and television license fee comes on top.
These costs are shared evenly across the WG.
The room furniture including a comfy bed, a desk, clothes rack, and wardrobe is part of the room for 800CHF :)
