Own washing machine & dryer, plus spacious basement. All amenities are new, floor heating, minergie setting, amazing isolation. The flat is situated in a quiet area of Wiedikon, no main street next to it. You would have your own bathroom as well. Big beautiful living room + balcony to share. Flat is fully furnished as it pertains common areas, your room is empty.
Sublet contract will be provided. Utilities bills are to be shared (internet, electricity, Serafe).
Deposit of 2 months is needed + work contract + declaration of debts. Please include a small description of yourself if interested.
No couples, no short term rent, no earlier start of the sublet.
