I am temporarily (until end of January) renting my furnished room in my 4-people flat close to ETH/Uni/USZ and 10 mins by foot from HB.
The flat is located on the second floor and has the beautiful charme of an old building from the last century: high stucco ceilings, many windows, multi-pattern (and creaky) wooden floor. Your room would be the biggest of the flat, facing southeast with lots of light and bay windows that open to a view on trees, Uetliberg and Oberstrass. The flat features a living room with balcony, large entrée/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, toilet.

The other flatmates are around 30 years old academics and young professionals speaking either French or German as mother tongue.
If you are a respectful and open person in your 20s or 30s looking for a temporary place in Zurich, we would love to hear from you! Ideally with a small personal tough (your favorite breakfast, favorite place on earth, something like this).

The room is free from the 15.11., but I am flexible with the move-in date, however it should be the latest on the 1.12.

The rent is 1200 including all amenities and I would ask for a 1-month deposit.
