Das Zimmer ist 16m2 gross und liegt im Kreis 6 in Zurich. Es ist mit den noetigsten Moebeln ausgestattet, wobei ein neuer Boden eingebaut und alles frisch gestrichen wurde. Das Zimmer verfuegt ueber ein 1.40m Bett mit einer neuen Matratze, einen kleinen Tisch mit Stuehlen und eine kleine Kueche mit einer Herdplatte, einem kleinen Kuehlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Das Fenster bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick ueber die Stadt Zurich und den Uetliberg. Im Zimmer hat es ein Waschbecken, das Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche befindet sich allerdings auf dem Gang und wird mit zwei anderen Studio-Mieterinnen geteilt. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller des Hauses. Zu Fuss ist man in 10min an der Uni ETH und in 15min am HB. Zudem liegt das Zimmer nahe an einer Haltestelle des 9er und 10er Trams.

Wir suchen jemanden, der fuer unbefristete Zeit unkompliziert und zentral wohnen moechte, ordentlich ist und sorgfaeltig mit dem frisch renovierten Zimmer und den Moebeln umgeht. Idealerweise bist du auch Nichtraucherin.

The room is 16m2 and is located in District 6 in Zurich. It is furnished with the essentials, a new floor has been installed and everything has been freshly painted. The room includes a 1.40m bed with a new mattress, a small table with chairs, and a small kitchen with a hot plate, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The window offers a wonderful view over the city of Zurich and the Uetliberg. The room has a washbasin, but the bathroom with toilet and shower is located in the hallway and is shared with two other studio tenants. There is a washing machine in the basement of the building. It is a 10 minute walk to the University ETH and 15 minutes to the main train station. In addition, the room is close to a stop for tram lines 9 and 10.

We are looking for someone who wants to live centrally for an unlimited period of time, who is tidy and who treats the freshly renovated room and the furniture with care. Ideally, you are also a non smoker.
