I’m offering a bright and cozy fully furnished room (12m²) for rent in my apartment, located right next to the Heuried tram station in District 3.

The neighborhood is peaceful and perfectly located, with excellent public transport connections—tram lines 9 and 14 and bus lines 67 and 89 are all nearby. It’s just 10 minutes by tram to Zurich HB and Altstetten train stations, and only 5 minutes to Wiedikon train station. For nature lovers, Uetliberg is a short 10-minute walk away, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

You’ll find everything you need just a few minutes from home: supermarkets like Migros, Coop, Denner, and Aldi are all within a 5-minute walk, along with pharmacies, gyms, a post office, and lovely green spaces.


About the Room and Apartment:

The room is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a balcony and is a well-maintained family home.


Rent:

The total monthly rent is
CHF 1040 with everything included

A one-month deposit is required.


You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me.


A Little About Me:

I’m an architect and product designer from Brazil, with a passion for traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time in nature. After 20 wonderful years abroad, with life experiences in the USA and Spain, since 5 years I consider Zurich my home.

I’m a friendly and easy-going person who enjoys a good balance of socializing and quiet time. I'm also a father of a 5-year-old daughter who stays with me at weekends.

I love creating a warm, positive, and welcoming environment and believe in mutual respect when sharing a space. I speak fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and can get by in German and Italian as well.


Who I’m Looking For:

I’m seeking one female flatmate (35+), who works or studies outside the home, is a non-smoker, and values cleanliness, respect for shared spaces and good communication. Since this is a relaxing family environment, it’s important to me that we maintain a calm and tidy home.

Given that I have a young daughter, I feel more comfortable sharing my home with a female roommate.


Availability:

The room will be available starting February 1, with a minimum rental period of 3 months.
