Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad mit Dusche. Eine Waschküche befindet sich ebenfalls in dem 5er-Haus. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Burgfelderplatzes. Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig, die Tramhaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und in der Nähe befinden sich Denner, Coop und Migros.
