Hello, I will be subletting my room from now until end of September this year. You'd be sharing the apartment with Sarah - a bachelor student at ETH.
The room is 16.7 square meters in size, bright and well lit. It is furnished with a table, closet, bed and sofa. The apartment is a 2.5 apartment without a living room, but with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also an additional attic and a cellar. The laundry room downstairs is available at all times.
I am looking for a friendly, open-minded and tidy person between 19 and 25 who appreciates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in a shared flat (occasionally cooking or watch movies with Sarah) without sacrificing privacy and peace and quiet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies. The flat share is a non-smoking apartment, so I am looking for someone who does not smoke (neither inside nor outside).
Bahnhof Oerlikon reachable in 10 min, ETH Zentrum in 15 min by tram.
