My name is Reneta and I will be moving out from this apartment in November, or December. However, my flatmate will be staying, so I am looking for a someone to take over my room. The apartment is very spacious and well- furnished, it is on the ground floor, so there is a small garden.


There is also a parking space option (for 150 CHF a month extra) in a garage within the building, if you are interested.


The furniture in the room is almost new (bought February 2024) and it is for sale (700 CHF) - 1.5 bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 night stand, 1 drawer, 1 small table.

The deposit is 3 month worth of rent (4,725 CHF).
The internet is 25 CHF per month.

My flatmate is a 26 year old Spanish woman, who speaks English and intermediate German. She is very outgoing, social and kind.
