Room in a shared flat in Opfikon. Available from the
end of August.


The rent is 600CHF per month, everything included (water, electricity...). The flat is on the first floor, but the floor is elevated so noone can see inside from the street.

The room is 10m², fully furnished (desk, shelter, bed, 2 chairs...).

Kitchen with : oven, stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine. there are already dishes, plates pans... all you need.

Bathroom: 2 sinks, one toilet and a tub. 2 mirrors with shelters.

Living-room: 1 couch, a TV, a big eating table with chairs, a rocking chair and a smaller table. The living room is the bigger room of the flat, really big and bright.

Terrasse with table and chairs, accessible from the living-room (super nice to hang out here), and a little garden.

There is a washing-machine and a dryer (laundry) downstairs. It's shared with the whole flat, and free. There is also a room to park a bike or something else downstairs.

You would have the keys for the room, the flat, and the main entrance (locked).

The flat is shared with Roberto, he has a job here and lives in Switzerland since a long time now, and Ilva, studying in Zurich. There is also Manuel, who rents the flat, but he is almost never here. You would take my room, as I leave Zurich in the end of August/beginning of September.

There is a park close to the appartement, a lot of restaurants, take-aways, Coop, Migro, Denner in less than 5 min.

15min from Zürich (the train is super quick and there is always one, really convenient). One train station at 1 min by foot, the other one at 5. Trams at 5min. Bus stops also really close by foot.
