I sublet my fully furnished room for 2 months (August, September) because I need to move in a new apartment. The flat is really bright and comfortable and it's composed as follows:

* Fully furnished room with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair
* bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
* small kitchen with induction cooktop and cooking tools


Communal areas inside the flat:



* Dining room with table, couch, TV
* kitchen with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher and tools
* laundry with washing machine and drying machine


Condominium communal areas:



* gym (at ground floor)
* rooftop
* elevator

The rent price includes all the extra costs (electricity, Wi-fi, TV, water ...). The train station and all the stores are within 5 minutes of walk. The flat is shared with other 3 people, who are super chill and relaxed:


* Daniele, 28 yo, architect. He speaks French, Italian, German and English
* Sebastien, 23 yo, kitchen intern. He speaks French and English
* Melanie, 37 yo, professor. She speaks English and German

The desired move-in date is 01.08.2025, but we can postpone until 6th of August. The flat is property of Roomestate, so their same rent price and contract conditions apply for this sublet.
