Description

We’re looking for a new roommate to join a three-person penthouse in the heart of Zurich (Kreis 1). The apartment is spacious, with around 180 sqm and bright thanks to its large windows.

The available room is 25 sqm and comes with a full private en-suite bathroom. The room has large windows, offering a great view over the city. The room will be available from the 1st of August, with the possibility of moving in as early as the 1st of July (depending on your preference).

The apartment comes with several amenities, including:
\- Large living room space – with a billiard table
\- Spacious kitchen with many utilities (e.g., washer, dryer)
\- Shared walk-in closet (15 sqm)
\- Garage - possibility to rent a parking spot

We are Benjamin (28, Swiss) and Paul (27, Belgian/ German), both young professionals working in Zurich and Zug. We like to occasionally cook together, go for swims by the lake, have a beer, or attend local events, but we also understand the need for privacy and quiet time. Benjamin likes to travel, be outdoors, or spend time with friends. Paul likes tennis, hiking, and motorsports. We are both friendly, laid-back, and enjoy socializing. We primarily speak English, but other languages are always welcome!

We’re looking for a young professional aged 25-30 years who is looking for a shared apartment for the long term. Ideally, you are easy-going and uncomplicated, and also keep a certain level of cleanliness and order. An active WG live is also important to us.

If you’re interested, please send us a little bit about yourself, why you think you’d be a good fit, and a photo of you enjoying life! Please only apply if you are able to visit in person (no video calls).

PS: As the person moving out is taking some of the living room furniture, there’s a chance to make the space our own and add a personal touch to the apartment.
