We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of Zurich starting from September 1, 2025. Moving in date could potentially be earlier if needed.

The apartment is perfectly located, with Enge train station reachable on foot in 6 minutes, the lake in 6 minutes, and the city center in 10 minutes. In the surrounding area, there are many shopping options (including Sihlcity within 10 minutes), restaurants, and bars.

The apartment is very spacious, modernly renovated, and has a large kitchen-living room (with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two stoves, and two sinks), a covered corner terrace with a view of the greenery, two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a dryer. There is also a cellar and a bike room.

Living here are Apolline (25, lovely consultant) and Lenny (25, engineer working in finance), two very nice, uncomplicated, and adventurous people. We like to cook together in the evenings (Lenny is the master of Italian cuisine), go to bars or restaurants, and generally hang out in the house. We also respect each other’s privacy, and everyone can have their own space when needed. Due to travel or shift work, one can often have the apartment to themselves.
