Zum 22. Februar oder spätestens 1. März wird mein Wg-Zimmer in Zollikon frei. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, 2 Kommoden und einen großen Regal sowie einem eigenem Balkon. Es müssen keine Möbel abgelöst werden. Die Gesamtmiete inklusive Nebenkosten, Möblierung und WLAN ist 1380 CHF.

Auf Wunsch können auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden und das Zimmer kann leer übergeben werden.

Die große Wohnung (120m2) wird geteilt mit Dominik 19 Jahre alt ursprünglich aus Deutschland und Sabrina 24 Jahre alt aus Südafrika. Dominik spielt gerne Klavier und macht eine Ausbildung in der IT. Sabrina studiert Medizin aktuell.

Ich, Adrian ziehe nach 1 Jahr aus der Wg aus und suche einen sympathischen Mitbewohner/ in für unser größtes Zimmer in der Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle Niederhofenrain ist direkt vor unserer Haustür und wir haben unsere eigene Waschmaschine & Trockner in der Wohnung.

Das Zimmer wäre am dem 22. Februar 2026 oder spätestens ab dem 1. März 2026 verfügbar. Die Kaution beträgt zwei Kaltmieten. Bevorzugt möchte ich mein Zimmer zum 22.2.26 übergeben.

Bright 18m² room with private balcony in Zollikon, in a friendly three-unit apartment with an unlimited contract. My room in Zollikon will be available from February 22nd or March 1st at the latest. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, two dressers, a large shelf, and a private balcony only for this room. If desired, you can bring your own furniture and the room can be handed over empty.
