My name is Gina, I’m 31 years old and from Switzerland. I work in sustainability consulting and live in a 3.5-room apartment in Wiedikon (Triemli). After my long-term flatmate moved out, I’m looking to rent out the empty room temporarily for 2 to 4 months. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible. The furnished room is about 12 m² and comes with a 1.40 m bed and everything you see on the picture. The flat is on the ground floor with a balcony and direct access to a shared garden, which is especially beautiful in spring and summer. There’s a shared laundry machine in the basement, plus a private cellar and attic compartment for extra storage. The location is great: about 15 minutes by public transport to HB and Hardbrücke respectively, and right at the foot of Uetliberg, perfect if you enjoy going for runs or walks. The rent includes all utilities & WiFi.

I mostly work from the office and spend a lot of time out with friends or doing sports. In the evenings I like to cook whenever I can, and on weekends you’ll often find me meeting friends for brunch, coffee or an apero in the city, or heading to the mountains. I’m looking for someone who enjoys a friendly and easy-going flat share. I’m happy to cook together, go for a run or have a drink on the balcony now and then, but I also appreciate an independent and uncomplicated living dynamic.
